Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product arrives damaged
- Manufacturing defect
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Photographs and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Handmade products with natural variations
- Customized or personalized items
- Antique or vintage products
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Clearance or sale items
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD $).
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Kutch Arts.
